And it was display once again when he turned up unexpectedly at an official farewell function of his Joint Secretary Sanjeev Kumar, who has been heading the Prime Minister's Housing for All project and is reverting back to his state cadre of Maharashtra after completing his tenure at the centre. Wishing Kumar success in his career, Naidu stole the heart of every official by stating that the loss of central government would be a gain for the Maharashtra government.
