UP: Amid many officers aspiring for central deputation 20 IAS officers promoted to ACS rank

2061Giving the officers their due, the Yogi Government in Uttar Pradesh has promoted 20 senior IAS officers to the post of ACS. These officers belong to 1988 and 1989 batches. Nine of them are from 1988 batch while 11 are from the 1989 batch. The promotion of the two batches that was due in 2018 has been approved by CM Yogi Adityanath. Alok Kumar I, Rajneesh Dubey, Rajan Shukla, Navneet Kumar Sehgal, NVS Rami Reddy, Manoj Kumar Singh, Turamalla Venkatesh, Arvind Kumar and S Radha Chauhan belong to 1988 batch and SP Goel, Devesh Chaturvedi, Monika S Garg, Aradhana Shukla, Dimple Verma, Prashant Trivedi, Manoj Singh, Amit Mohan Prasad, Suresh Chandra, Sanjay R Bhoosreddy and Anil Kumar belong to 1989 batch. They all are ACS now. It may be underlined that there are numerous IAS officers aspiring for moving to Centre on deputation Yogi Government is said to have been little reluctant to allow them NoC.
