Lucknow (24.07.2025): The Uttar Pradesh government is likely to give Director Generals of Police (DGP) rank to Rajiv Sabharwal (IPS:
1993: UP) and Binod K Singh (IPS: 1994: UP) by the end of July. At present, they are serving
at the Additional Director General (ADG) level. Sabharwal is currently serving as ADG at the Dr Bhimrao
Ambedkar Police Academy in Moradabad. Singh is currently posted as ADG Cyber
Crime in Uttar Pradesh who previously served as Special Director General in the
Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

Lucknow (24.07.2025): The Uttar Pradesh government is likely to give Director Generals of Police (DGP) rank to Rajiv Sabharwal (IPS: 1993: UP) and Binod K Singh (IPS: 1994: UP) by the end of July. At present, they are serving at the Additional Director General (ADG) level.
