Dubey is a key officer in the special investigation team (SIT) formed on the direction of Khan on February 06 soon after CM Nitish Kumar announced scrapping of the BSSC four-phase intermediate level clerical grade examination following questions went viral before the second phase of examination. May it be recalled that there has been a real showdown between the state government and senior IAS officers of the state on the way the state police carried out the investigation.
