NaMo Administration on Saturday cleared the appointment of three board-level positions in Engineering India Limited (EIL) and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL). Jagdish Chander Nakra (Director, Project, EIL) appointed to the post of Chairman & Managing Director, EIL for a period of five years. Nakra was selected for the post on 19th September 2017. The post had fallen vacant after the retirement of Sanjay Gupta on 31st October 2017. Further Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra (ED, IOCL) appointed to the post of Director (Human Resource), Indian Oil Corporation Limited for a period of five years. Mohapatra was selected for the post on 13th October 2017. He replaces Verghese Cherian who retired on 31st October 2017. And B V Rama Gopal (ED, Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex, IOCL) appointed to the post of Director (Refineries), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). Gopal was selected for the post on 07th September 2017. He replaces Sanjeev Singh who was appointed Chairman, IOCL.
