J&K Governor Satya Pal Malik has appointed Kewal Kumar Sharma (Retd IAS:1983:UT) as his fourth Adviser. Sharma retired from the post of Union HRD Secretary February this year. Earlier he also served as Chief Secretary, Govt of Delhi and Govt of Goa. He served as Adviser to the Administrator Chandigarh as well.
