New Delhi (21.03.2023): In a major setback to CBI and ED, the Interpol removed the name of fugitive Mehul Choksi, who is accused of committing a Rs 11,356.84 crore loan fraud with the PNB, from its 'Red' list. Indian agencies were seeking his extradition to prosecute him. However, officials probing the matter said that it would not affect Choksi's extradition from Antigua. Choksi is currently in the Caribbean Island nation.
