New Delhi (02.02.2026): Harish Duhan, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), has assumed charge as CMD of Western Coalfields Limited. He has been entrusted with the additional charge of WCL CMD which is effective from February 1, 2026 for an initial period of three months.During his career, Duhan has served as Director (Technical–Operations) at Central Coalfields Limited (CCL). He has also held key positions at Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), including Area General Manager at the Nigahi Project and General Manager in the Corporate Project Planning Department.

He has been entrusted with the additional charge of WCL CMD which is effective from February 1, 2026 for an initial period of three months.
