As Indianmandarins had reported first Satya Gopal (IAS:1988:UT) replaced Ms Gamlin as the new Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh. The post had fallen vacant after Ms. Shakuntala Gamlin (IAS:1984:UT) was appointed as Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DIVYANGJAN).
Satya Gopal served in the Govt of Delhi as Home Secretary since 07 September 2017. It may be noted that he couldn't find his name on the empanelment list of Additional Secretary, Govt of India.
