New Delhi (30.07.2024): The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) on Tuesday selected Satish Jha for the post of Chairman and Managing Director Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL); a Schedule ‘B’ Central PSU. A total 10 people were interviewed. Currently, Jha is working as Director (Technical) Director (Technical / Projects and Planning), Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Jha will be appointed as CMD, ECL. The post of CMD ECL is laying vacant.
