Despite the growing chill in the India-China relationship, members of Sangh-affiliated think tanks continue with their tour programs to China. After a spat on the issue of China declining visas to two of its delegate members, a delegation of India Foundation on Tuesday left for its "annual bilateral dialogue" with Fudan University, Shanghai. Among the delegates are Prafulla Ketkar, editor of RSS-affiliated weekly journal Organiser, which has been writing aggressive pieces on China, and Nehru Memorial and Museum Director Shakti Sinha, a former official who was earlier associated with India Foundation.
