THIRUVANANTHAPURAM (23.05.2026): After the formation of the new government in Keralam, Congress leader K S Sabarinadhan has been appointed as political secretary to Chief Minister V D Satheesan. He is married to Divya S Iyer (IAS: 2014: KL). Sabarinadhan is presently a councillor in the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation and is regarded as one of the prominent young leaders of the Congress in Kerala. He unsuccessfully contested the recent Assembly elections from Nemom constituency. He had previously entered the Assembly after winning the Aruvikkara by-election following the demise of his father in 2015 and later retained the constituency in the 2016 Assembly elections.
