New Delhi (28.10.2025): The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Tuesday recommended Shivakumar Subramaniam for the post of Chairman & Managing Director at Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).A total four candidates were interviewed. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Subramaniam will be the new CMD at RCFL replacing Shriniwas Chandrashekhar Mudgerikar who is superannuating on 31.12.2025. Currently, he serves as Executive Director (Finance), Rashtriya Chemicals And Fertilizers Limited.
