A total 12 people were interviewed. Currently, Singh is posted as Principal Executive Director, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, New Delhi. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Singh will be appointed as Director (Operations), RVNL. The post of Director (Operations) is lying vacant.
