Gangtok (29.12.2024): Ravindra Telang (IAS: SK: 1995) has been named the new Chief Secretary of Sikkim. He will replace V B Pathak (IAS:1990:SK) who will retire from service on December 31, 2024. Telang was the Additional Chief Secretary in charge of the Education Department in his last assignment. He was appointed to the post in 2022.
