New Delhi (13.11.2022): The Punjab Chief Secretary Vijay Kumar Janjua on Sunday notified the appointment of Mrs Rakhee Gupta Bhandari (IAS:1997:PB) as the new Principal Secretary to Punjab Governor Shri Banwarilal Purohit. Mrs Bhandari replaces M Balamurugan (IAS:1994:PB), the incumbent PS to the Governor, whose next posting may be announced later.Currently, Rakhee Gupta Bhandari is posted in Delhi as the Principal Resident Commissioner of the Government of Punjab.
