KSCSVP Gandhi (AGM, BSNL) on Monday assumed charge as Additional Secretary in the Office of the Chairman, Rajya Sabha on deputation/foreign service terms for a period of three years. Prior to this, he worked as OSD (JS rank) in the personal staff of the Rajya Sabha Chairman.
