New Delhi (08.03.2023): After a rigorous exercise and efforts for several months the Ministry of Railways finally announced the list of fifteen officers appointed as Divisional Railway Managers (DRM). These appointments/postings are subject to the final outcome of the decision of CAT (Cuttak) in the Case of Akshay Saxena Vs Railway Board.
The list of newly posted DRM goes as follows:-
- Tushar Kant Pandey (IRSE) was posted as DRM, Nagpur vice Richa Khare (IRAS).
- Himanshu Badoni (IRSE) was posted as DRM Prayagraj (NCR). He replaces Mohit Chandra (IRSEE). Currently, Badoni is working in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation.
- Prem Ranjan Kumar (IRSE) was posted as DRM, Lumding vice Joginder Singh Kalra (IRSE). Currently, Kumar is posted in South East Central Railway (SECR).
- Kamal Kishor Sinha (IRTS) was posted as DRM, Dhanbad. Currently, he is posted in West Central Railway (WCR).
- Uttam Prakash (IRSME) was posted as DRM, Tinsukia (North East Frontier Railway). Currently, he is posted in South Western Railway (SWR).
- SM Sharma (IRSME) was posted as DRM, Trivandrum (Southern Railway). He replaces R Mukund (IRSME). Currently, Sharma is working in DFCCIL under deputation.
- Deepak Nigam (IRSME) was posted as DRM, Sealdah Vice Sheelendra Pratap Singh (IRSME). Currently, he is working in North Central Railway (NCR).
- Pankaj Kumar Singh (IRSEE) was posted as DRM, Jodhpur (North Western Railway). He replaces Ms Gitika Pandey (IRAS). Currently, PK Singh is working in Northern Railway.
- Jeetendra Singh (IRSEE) was posted as DRM, Vadodara (Western Railway) Vice Amit Gupta (IRSME)
- Yashpal Singh Tomar (IRSSE), presently on deputation with RCIL, was posted as DRM, Palghat (Southern Railway). He replaces Trilok Kothari (IRSS).
- Rajesh Gupta (IRSSE), presently on deputation with CRIS, was posted as DRM, Deen Dayal Upadhyay (East Central Railway). He replaces Rajesh Kumar Pandey (IRSSE)
- Ms. Amita Prasad Sarbhai (IRAS), presently on deputation with the Ministry of Culture, was posted as DRM, Nanded (South Central Railway). She replaces Upinder Singh (IRTS). It may be underlined that Ms Sarbhai’s posting as DRM was effected by canceling Sandeep Srivastava’s (IRSEE) posting (dated 06.10.2022) as DRM, Nanded.
- Ms. Namita Tripathi (IRAS) was posted as DRM, Nagpur (South East Central Railway) Vice Maninder Uppal (IRSSE).
- Ms. Shilpi Agarwal (IRAS) presently on deputation with RVNL, was posted as DRM, Mysore (South Western Railway), Vice Rahul Agarwal (IRTS)
- Pankaj Kumar Sinha (IRSS) was posted as DRM, Salem (Southern Railway) Vice AG Srinivas, (IRSE).
