Versatile senior civil servant, an alumnus of Harvard University and St Stephens, Raghav Chandra (IAS:1982:MP) is retiring today. Chandra, the outgoing Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, also served as Chairman, National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).

Chandra is the author of SCENT OF A GAME, a mystery-thriller which is about tigers, endangered wildlife and conservation.
