Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that public-sector headhunter (PESB) may interview approx. half a dozen candidates for CMD post for Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL); a post which is set to fall vacant with the retirement of P Madhusudan on May 31, 2018. Reportedly, six candidates are expected to try their luck of which three are serving Directors on RINL Board namely; P K Rath (Director, Operations), V Venugopal Rao (Director, Finance) and K C Das (Director, Personnel). Two RINL EDs too would be trying luck for the top job. Alok Sahay (ED, SAIL) is, reportedly, the only candidate from outside RINL though he is also an internal candidate as per the current definition of internal & external candidates.
