Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that Rajiv Kumar Gupta (IFoS:1988:AGMUT) may shortly be appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Power (MoP). Previously he served as Director in MoP. In case everything goes down well in his favour he will replace Anil Kumar Singh (IAS:1995:UP) who was laterally shifted to Department of Justice recently.
Currently, R K Gupta he is serving with the state government of Mizoram as Secretary, Department of Electricity & Power.
