The post of Financial Adviser (DS/Director level) in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is on offer. Further, the post of Director (Auction) in the Tobacco Board under the Department of Commerce was also re-advertised on April 8. Initially NCLAT and Tobacco Board posts were advertised in November 2019 and March 2020 respectively. The non-Central Staffing Scheme posts are to be filled up through the Civil Services Board (CSB) procedure. Officers from the All India Services or any Organized Services of the Government of India are eligible and the period of deputation will be for five years.
