While announcing alliance with the SP, NCP chief Sharad Pawar made some predictions of more BJP leaders joining the SP which has come true. But the sudden appearance of Sharad Pawar into the election scenario of Uttar Pradesh means a possible alliance of Opposition for 2024 elections besides that he will certainly provide financial cushion to the Samajwadi Party. Apparently, the way SP appears upbeat, it seems the party is now comfortable.
