ONGC appoints S Kumar as Director, Strategy & Corporate Affairs

469NEW DELHI (29.05.2026): Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has appointed Satyan Kumar as Director (Strategy & Corporate Affairs) with effect from May 27, following the approval of the company’s Board of Directors. He was recommended for the said post by the PESB panel on February 20.The appointment has been made in accordance with a letter issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) on May 27, ONGC said in a regulatory filing to stock exchanges. Kumar will serve in the role until his superannuation on November 30, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
