THIRUVANANTHAPURAM (29.05.2026): Dr A Kowsigan (IAS: 2009: KL) has been appointed as Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Kerala replacing Dr Rathan U Kelkar (IAS: 2003: KL) who took over as secretary of Kerala Chief Minister VD Satheesan.Kowsigan will now cease to hold and hand over the charge of all work under the Kerala government, which he may be holding before assuming office.
