The ACC has appointed Neeraj Kumar Gupta (IAS:1982:UP) as Special Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises. On September 14, 2014 he was appointed as Secretary, Board for Reconstruction of Public Sector Enterprises (BRPSE) under the Department of Public Enterprises. His promotion to the Special Secretary rank was expected especially after BRPSE was wound-up by the cabinet few weeks back.
