The ACC has given extension to Karnal Singh (IPS:1984:UT) as Director (Additional charge), Enforcement Directorate. He will continue to serve as ED chief till February 19, 2016. His extension tenure was coming to an end on November 19, 2015.
He took over the additional charge of Director, ED on August 20 from Rajan S Katoch (IAS:1979:MP) who is serving as Secretary, Department of Heavy Industries.
