New Delhi (12.10.2022): Justice M Satyanarayana Murthy, Member (Judicial) in National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) resigned on October 08, 2022 citing personal reasons. Justice Murthy, judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court, was appointed judicial member of NCLAT by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on proposals made by the Union Corporate Affairs Ministry in May 2022. His tenure was for 4 year.
