Following the concurrence of Centre the Maharashtra Government on Saturday announced the extension in service of Maharashtra Chief Secretary Ajoy G Mehta (IAS:1984:MH) for a period of three months. He was scheduled to retire on March 31, 2020 instead he would continue as CS till June 30, 2020.
