Speculation is rife that Ratan Tata is being considered to head proposed 'Kaya Kalp Council' that Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu announced in the budget. In an attempt made by the government to reform Railways, some such provisions were made in the Railways Budget. Speculation was fuelled by Railways minister Suresh Prabhu when he said while discussion on the budget that a very famous person has been zeroed in on for the job. Reportedly name of Ratan Tata is doing round in Rail Bhawan as Prabhu has kept the name under wrap as yet.
