Karnail Singh (IPS:1984:UT), the incumbent Special Director, ED, has been given additional charge of Director, Enforcement Directorate for a period of three months. Karnail Singh replaces Rajan S Katoch (IAS:1979:MP) as new Director, ED (additional charge) under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. The post of Director, ED had fallen vacant after the erstwhile Director (ED), Rajan S Katoch had taken over as Secretary, DHI on August 01, 2014. Currently, the additional charge of ED has been with Katoch.
