Jharkhand: Govt enacts a major reshuffle of IAS officers

Ranchi (12.07.2022): The Jharkhand government has transferred and assigned new assignments to 18 senior IAS officers. These officers are:
  1. Nitin Madan Kulkarni (IAS: 1995: JH) has been transferred as chairman of the state finance commission.
  2. Praveen Kumar Toppo (IAS: 2003: JH) has been appointed as divisional commissioner of south Chhotanagpur.
  3. Rahul Kumar Sinha (IAS: 2011: JH) has been appointed as the Ranchi DC.
  4. Chhavi Ranjan (IAS: 2011: JH) has been posted as the director of social welfare with additional charge of director of social security.
  5. K Srinivasan (IAS: 2005: JH) will now have the additional charge as secretary of the labour employment and training department and also serve as the labour commissioner.
  6. Rahul Sharma (IAS: 1998: JH) has been given additional charge as principal secretary to Governor.
  7. Kamaleshwar Prasad Singh (IAS: 2007: JH) has been transferred as the excise commissioner. He will have the additional charge as managing director of the Jharkhand Beverage Corporation.
  8. Amit Kumar (IAS: 2010: JH) has been posted as director (mines) and will have the additional charge as the managing director of the State Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.
  9. Chandra Kishore Oraon will have the additional charge as the commissioner Santhal Paragana division.
  10. Mukesh Kumar (IAS: 2009: JH), the town commissioner of RMC, has been shifted as the commissioner of the tribal welfare department.
  11. Abu Imran (IAS: 2010: JH) has been transferred as Chatra DC.
  12. A Dodde (IAS: 2011: JH) has been posted as Palamu DC and the project director of the Jharkhand AIDS Control Society.
  13. Bhuwanesh Pratap Singh (IAS: 2012: JH) will have the additional charge of the National Health Mission.
  14. Aditya Kumar Anand (IAS: 2013: JH) has been posted as the director of the town administration, town development and housing department.
  15. Zeeshan Qamar (IAS: 2013: JH) has been appointed as the new Godda DC.
  16. Bhor Singh Yadav (IAS: 2014: JH) has been transferred as the DC of Latehar.
  17. Sashi Ranjan (IAS: 2018: JH) has been made the commissioner of RMC.
  18. Anjali Yadav (IAS: 2018: JH) has been posted as the director of tourism.
