Its President and whole-time director Aditya Ghosh has resigned to start his own venture and will leave the company by July 31, 2018. In his place, Greg Taylor may be appointed as president and CEO of the company. He had earlier worked with IndiGo's revenue department. The airline's head of communication, Ajay Jasra, has also resigned from the airline. Further, Interglobe Chairman Rahul Bhatia has been appointed as the interim CEO of the company. "I am very excited to announce the return of Greg Taylor as Senior Advisor to the Company, reporting directly to me. As many of you know, Greg is no stranger to IndiGo having been our Executive Vice President of Revenue Management & Network Planning during 2016-17," Bhatia said in a communication to IndiGo employees. The communication said that Greg has more than 40 years of enormous and varied experience in large, World Class Airlines. This experience and his ability to understand the complexities of the airline industry will be invaluable to our future plans.
