Kolkata (07.08.2021): The Board of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) on Saturday announced the financial results of the first quarter of the Fiscal Year 2021-2022. The Company has posted a Profit Before Tax of Rs 61.34 crore compared to Rs 24.79 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, registering a whopping increase of 147%. Accordingly, it registers 53.6 percent growth in the consolidated net profit at Rs 45.63 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. It is worth underlining that the Company maintained its production level despite the severe effect of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
