New Delhi (06.10.2023): Taking stern measures by debarring eight IPS officers from central deputation, foreign assignment and consultancies abroad under the provision of para-17 of IPS Tenure Policy who failed to join their last assignments. Names of these officers are as follow.
  • Modak Rajesh Dineshrao (IPS:2003: UP) has failed to join the post of Deputy Inspector General in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) therefore his appointment has been cancelled. Dineshrao has been debarred from Central deputation and foreign assignments /consultancies abroad for a period of five years w.e.f. 03.05.2023. 
  • Ragasudha R (IPS: 2015: MH) has failed to join the post of Assistant Director (SP level) in SVP National Police Academy (SVPNPA) therefore her appointment has been cancelled. Ragasudha has been debarred from Central deputation and foreign assignments /consultancies abroad for a period of five years w.e.f. 14.06.2023.
  • Atul Vikas Kulkarni (IPS: 2015: MH) has failed to join the post of Superintendent of Police (SP) in Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) therefore his appointment has been cancelled. Kulkarni has been debarred from Central deputation and foreign assignments /consultancies abroad for a period of five years w.e.f. 14.06.2023.
  • Dr Meenakshi Katyayan (IPS: 2014: UP) has failed to join the post of Superintendent of Police (SP) in Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) therefore her appointment has been cancelled. She has been debarred from Central deputation and foreign assignments /consultancies abroad for a period of five years w.e.f. 26.04.2023.
  • Rajesh Duggal (IPS: 2010: HY) has failed to join the post of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on deputation basis therefore his appointment has been cancelled. He has been debarred from Central deputation and foreign assignments /consultancies abroad for a period up to 31.05.2026.
  • Gorakh Suresh Bhamare (IPS: 2017: MH) has failed to join the post of Superintendent of Police (SP) in National Investigation Agency (NIA) on deputation basis therefore his appointment has been cancelled. He has been debarred from Central deputation and foreign assignments /consultancies abroad for a period of five years w.e.f. 14.06.2023.
  • Rajendar Kumar Meena (IPS: 2011: HY) has failed to join the post of Superintendent of Police (SP) in Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) therefore his appointment has been cancelled. He has been debarred from Central deputation and foreign assignments /consultancies abroad for a period of five years w.e.f. 14.06.2023.
  • L V Antony Dev Kumar (IPS: 1994: UP) has failed to join the post of Inspector General in Border Security Force (BSF) therefore his appointment has been cancelled. He has been debarred from Central deputation and foreign assignments /consultancies abroad for a period up to 31.05.2026.
