the completion of eighteen years of service four Indian Forest Service officers
were given proforma promotion as Chief Conservator of Forest (CCF) in the cadre
state of Uttarakhand w.e.f 01.01.2020. It is worth underlining that Union Health Minister J P Nadda had evaluated former AIIMS CVO Sanjeev Chaturvedi for lowest marking in his APAR but State Government found him competent enough to be promoted to CCF. They are;
