Kolkata (03.10.2023): Unswayed by the ire of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) government, West Bengal governor C V Ananda Bose appointed former Sikkim DGP C M Ravindran (IPS: 1977: SK) as interim vice-chancellors (V-C) of the University of North Bengal.The governor has appointed five more interim V-Cs. Ravindran served as director general of police (DGP), Sikkim, and was also as deputy director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB).
