New Delhi (23.12.2024): Of a total fifty nine officers in the consideration zone five officers of the 1988 batch were empanelled for holding Apex (Level-17) posts in the Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS). The list of the newly empanelled officers goes as follows: M S Mathur & S S Mishra will be retiring in January & May 2026 respectively while V K Gupta & P Funkwal will superannuate in April & August 2027 respectively. It may be underlined that having residual service till April 28, 2028 Sanjay Kumar Srivastava would have brighter prospects in career progression.

- Mukul Saran Mathur (IRTS)
- Subhransu Sekhar Mishra (IRSME)
- Vivek Kumar Gupta (IRSE)
- Parmeshwar Funkwal (IRMS)
- Sanjay Kumar Srivastava (IRSE)
