Railway Board and Secretary, Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB). Lochan
replaces Ms Rekha Yadav (IRPS:1995) who vacated the post upon her appointment as
Additional Commissioner, CPFO under the Ministry of Labour & Employment
last month. Prior to this was posted in Northern Railway at Director-level post.
