As Indianmandarins had reported first (on 11 Feb 2019) Prem Chand Lochab (an IRSEE officer in SAG Grade) was, on Tuesday, made Director, Establishment (Sports), Railway Board and Secretary, Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB). Lochan replaces Ms Rekha Yadav (IRPS:1995) who vacated the post upon her appointment as Additional Commissioner, CPFO under the Ministry of Labour & Employment last month. Prior to this was posted in Northern Railway at Director-level post.
