additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest
& Climate Change to Anil Kumar Jain (IAS:1986:MP), Secretary, Ministry of
Coal from 25.12.2019 to 31.12.2019 during the period of absence on leave of Chandra
Kishore Mishra (IAS:1983:BH).
