New Delhi (20.03.2026): The New Delhi establishment promoted four officers, working as Deputy Director, in the rank of Joint Director in Directorate of Enforcement for the vacancy year 2026. The names and the new assignment of these officers are as follows:
  • Praveen Kumar Bharal as Jt Director on officiating basis till 31.08.2026. He will be considered regularised w.e.f. 01.09.2016.
  • A K Sinha as Jt Director on officiating basis w.e.f. 01.09.2026. He will be considered regularised w.e.f. 01.11.2016.
  • Banibrata Dutta as Jt Director on officiating basis w.e.f. 01.11.2026. He will be regularised w.e.f. 01.12.2016.
  • V Kishore Daspati as Jt Director on officiating basis w.e.f 01.12.2026.
  • The recommendations of the Selection Committee for the vacancy year 2026 in respect of Rakesh Ranjan Kumar, Deputy Director have been kept in 'Sealed Cover'
