NaMo administration on Tuesday given the additional charge of the post of
Chairperson, National Chemical Weapon Convention (NCWC) to Dr V P Joy
(IAS:1987:KL). Presently, he is Secretary (Coordination) Cabinet Secretariat.
Dr Joy is also Chairperson of NCWC
