Dr D Halder recommended for Director (Operations), ONGC Videsh

New Delhi (15.09.2025): The public-sector head-hunter (PESB) on Monday recommended the name of Dr Dulal Halder for the post of Director (Operations), ONGC Videsh Limited, a Schedule “A” CPSE under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG), Government of India.Altogether 11 candidates appeared before the selection board (PESB) for the interview. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Halder will be appointed as Director (Operations), ONGC Videsh replacing Omkar Nath Gyani who is superannuating on 31.10.2025. Currently, he is serving as Chief General Manager In charge- Facilities Engg. Group, Assam Asset, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).
