Dilbagh Singh (IPS:1987:JK) took over the charge of Director General of Police, Prisons J&K in place of S K Mishra (IPS:1985:JK) who has been transferred and posted as CMD of J&K Police Housing Corporation. Mishra will be retiring February next year.
