Delhi: A minor reshuffle of IAS officers

New Delhi (16.01.2023): The Delhi administration has enacted a minor reshuffle of IAS officers with immediate effect. These officers are:

Praveen Kumar Gupta (IAS: 1989: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (AR).
Azimul Haque (IAS: 2007: AGMUT) has been appointed Member (Administration), DJB (on deputation).
Ravi Dhawan (IAS: 2011: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special Secretary (Power) with additional charge of MD, IPGCL/PPCL; and Chairman; Technical Evaluation Committee in Law Department; Special Secretary (Planning) and Nodal Officer of Special Monitoring Cell in the Planning Department, reporting to CS in following matters: G-20; Annual Plan 2023; CAQM; NGT Matters.
Danish Ashraf (IAS: 2011: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special Secretary (Health).
Vikram Singh Malik (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special Secretary (Home).
Harleen Kaur (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special Secretary to LG.
Ruchika Katyal (IAS: 2013: AGMUT) has been appointed as Member (Finance), DJB (on Deputation).
Dr Anika Chakravarty (IAS: 2013: AGMUT) has been appointed as Secretary (NDMC) with additional charge of CEO, NDMC Smart City Ltd.
Shashanka Ala (IAS: 2014: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special Secretary (PWD).
Sonalika Jiwani (IAS: 2017: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special Secretary (Tourism) in addition to the charges presently held by her.
