The NaMo Administration on Tuesday cleared the appointment of Maheshwar Dayal (IPS:1997:TN) to the post of Deputy Director General (DDG) in Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) for the period ending 17th December 2020. Currently he serves as DIG, CISF.
Dayal will replace Hargovinder Singh Dhaliwal who recently moved to AAI as ED, Security.
