As Indianmandarins had reported first on August 30 and September 08; Saibal Dasgupta (IFoS:1984:MP) appointed to the post of Additional Director General (Forest Conservation) and Manmohan Singh Negi (IFS:1984:UT) appointed to the post of ADG (Wildlife).
The post of ADG (Forest Conservation) had fallen vacant in June 2017 following the retirement of Anil Kumar (IFoS:TR) whereas ADG (Wildlife) had fallen vacant following the appointment of S C Gairola (IFS) as Director General of ICFRE, Dehradun.
