V M Kwatra appointed Ambassador to Principality of Monaco

Vinay Mohan Kwatra (IFS:1988), has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to the Principality of Monaco, with residence in Paris. Currently, he serves as Ambassador of India to France.
Kwatra was in October 2015 appointed OSD (JS rank) in PMO vice Jawed Ashraf. He would have continued in PMO till October 2018 but he was named as Indian Ambassador to France in May 2017; more than a year before he completed his tenure in PMO. It may be noted that Sanjiv Singla had replaced Kawatra in PMO.
