CONCOR & ONGC: AK Panda & Sushma Rawat appointed as Director

New Delhi (27.12.2022): The Union Government on Monday cleared the appointment of Ajit Kumar Panda (ED, RVNL) for the post of Director (Project & Services), Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) for a period of five years. The public sector head-hunter (PESB) had selected and recommended his name for the post on July 26, 2022. AK Panda replaces Rahul Mithal who vacated the Board—level post in CONCOR in October 2021 on his appointment as CMD, RITES. Further, the ACC cleared the appointment of Mrs Sushma Rawat (ED, ONGC) as Director (Exploration), ONGC. She will have a tenure ending June 30, 2025, i.e. till her superannuation.Mrs Rawat will replace Rajesh Kumar Srivastava; the outgoing Director, ONGC retiring next week.
