New Delhi (20.04.2023): The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) on Thursday selected Achyut Ghatak for the post of Director, Technical, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Ltd (CMPDIL). Currently, Ghatak is working as General Manager, Coal India Limited (CIL). Altogether seven candidates were interviewed for the post. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Achyut Ghatak is likely to replace R N Jha who is retiring on August 31, 2023.There are total four Director, Technical, Ajay Kumar has his tenure up to July 31, 2027 while Shankar Nagachari up to February 28, 2026 and Satendra Kumar Gomasta up to September 30, 2023.
